一種靜電紡絲的成束製造設備及其製造方法，其包含一渦流裝置及一纖維束收集裝置，該渦流裝置具有一進料端口及一出料端口，該渦流裝置與一渦流產生裝置相互連通固定，該渦流產生裝置於該渦流裝置內部容置空間中形成一流體渦流，該流體渦流於該渦流裝置中形成一吸力，該吸力使一熔融電紡纖維吸入該進料端口；該熔融電紡纖維在流體渦流中進行紡紗形成一靜電紡絲纖維束，並將該靜電紡絲纖維束利用該收集裝置連續捲繞收集；本發明可適用於融熔型靜電紡絲，減少溶液型靜電紡絲製程中使用有害溶劑所造成之環境影響。 The present invention is related to an electrospun fabric bunching equipment and producing method thereof. The equipment comprises a vortex chamber and a bunching collecting device. The vortex chamber has an input opening and an output opening. The vortex chamber is connected to a vortex generating device which forming a vortex in the vortex chamber. The vortex sucks electrospun fabric in to the vortex chamber continuously. The vortex in the vortex chamber twists the electrospun fabric as an electrospun fabric bunching. The bunching select device continuously pulls and selects the electrospun fabric bunching from the output opening of the vortex chamber. The present invention is not limited to be either melting type or solvent type electrospun devices.
