技術說明

本發明係揭露一種萃取動脈輸入函數之方法及其於動態對比增強磁振造影(DEC-MRI)之應用,其係先注射顯影劑至目標組織中,根據取得的連續影像將顯影劑在每一體素所呈現的濃度時間曲線(組織濃度曲線),藉此自動估算每一體素的組織濃度曲線之純度;之後萃取出具有最大純度之體素選擇具有最大純度的體素視為最佳動脈的位置,再萃取該體素的組織濃度曲線做為動脈輸入函數。之後若將此動脈輸入函數應用於一藥物動力學模型中,即可獲的對應的藥物動力學參數。如此,本發明不但可以增進推導出來的量化指標的準確性與可靠性,亦可提高量化分析時的效率。 This invention reveals a method of extraction arterial input function and its application in dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI (DEC-MRI). Firstly, injection the contrast agent into target tissue to acquire continuous images in each voxel and generate the concentration-time curve (tissue concentration curve). Then automatically evaluate the tissue concentration curve for each voxel and extraction the voxel with maximum purity and chose it as the best location of artery. Then extraction the tissue concentration curve of this voxel as arterial input function. If this function was applied for a pharmacokinetics model, we will generate a corresponding pharmacokinetics parameter. This invention will not only improve the accuracy and reliability of quantification indexes which were calculated but also the efficiency of quantification analysis.
