技術說明

聚氨酯因為同時有橡膠的彈性，以及塑料的強度和優異的加工性能，在隔熱、隔音、耐磨、耐油、彈性等方面有其它合成材料無法比擬的優點，已廣泛應用於國防、航天、輕工、化工、石油、紡織、交通、汽車、醫療等領域。 本發明提供一種水性聚氨酯組成物，包括：離子性水性聚氨酯以及對該離子性水性聚氨酯100重量份而言0.5~5重量份的蠶絲蛋白及0~2重量份的幾丁聚醣，其中該離子性水性聚氨酯係由具有至少2個羥基的單體、具有至少2個異氰酸酯基的單體、作為離子基團的來源之單體及擴鏈劑聚合所構成。本發明又提供一種聚氨酯混摻膜及水性聚氨酯組成物的製備方法。 The invention provides a waterborne polyurethane composition comprising ionic soluble polyurethane and 0.5~5 parts of silk fibroin and 0~2 part of chitosan by weight per 100 parts of the ionic soluble polyurethane wherein the ionic soluble polyurethane are formed by polymerization of a first monomer containing at least two hydroxyl groups, a second monomer containing at least two isocyanate groups, a third monomer to become a source of ionic groups, and chain extender. The invention also provides a polyurethane hybrid film and a preparation method of a waterborne polyurethane composition.
