技術說明

本發明半導體發光晶片，包含基板、磊晶層單元及電極單元。該基板具有由熱傳係數高於磊晶材的材料構成的本體，及由熱傳係數高於本體的構成材料的導熱材料構成的導熱體，該本體包括相反的上表面、下表面，及自下表面形成的凹槽圖案，導熱體填置於凹槽圖案且表面與下表面共平面。該磊晶層單元用半導體材料自一磊晶材磊晶形成後，再移轉連接於基板本體的上表面，藉本體和導熱體構成的基板，更快速將磊晶層單元作動時的廢熱經基板導離磊晶層單元，有效提升半導體晶片的作動穩定性與工作壽命。 The present invention semiconductor light emitting chip includes a substrate, epitaxial layer unit and electrode unit.
