二氯丙醇的蒸氣再壓縮式製造裝置及製造方法

一種二氯丙醇的製造裝置及製造方法,適用於使甘油與氯化氫水溶液在存在催化劑的環境下進行反應而產生二氯丙醇。二氯丙醇的製造裝置包括至少一反應器、第一蒸餾塔、第一分相器、第一氣體壓縮裝置以及第一熱交換裝置。第一蒸餾塔連接到至少一反應器。第一分相器與第一氣體壓縮裝置連接至第一蒸餾塔的塔頂。第一熱交換裝置經由第一流路連接於第一氣體壓縮裝置與第一分相器之間,且經由第二流路連接至第一蒸餾塔的側壁。 An apparatus for manufacturing dichlorohydrin, which is suitable for generating dichlorohydrin through performing a reaction of glycerol and hydrogen chloride solution in an environment having catalyst. The apparatus for manufacturing dichlorohydrin includes at least one reactor, a first distillation column, a first decanter, a first vapor compressor and a first heat-exchange apparatus. The first distillation column is connected to the at least one reactor. The first decanter and the first vapor compressor are connected to a top portion of the first distillation column. The first heat-exchange apparatus is connected between the first vapor compressor and the first decanter through a first flow path, and is connected to a sidewall of the first distillation column through a second flow path.
