本發明提供超薄型線光源模組,包含座板、發光二極體晶片,及封裝膠材,座板包括極薄且可撓曲的基底層、由構成基底層之導電材質形成的絕緣氧化物構成的絕緣層,及設置於絕緣層上的導電線路,發光二極體晶片與導電線路電連接地裝設於座板上,封裝膠材自座板向上包覆導電線路與發光二極體晶片,本發明直接將發光二極體晶片設置在座板上,不但可將發光時產生的熱快速導離,維持發光二極體晶片的穩定作動,並可大幅縮減整體體積,再以封裝膠材之立體形狀搭配後續導光與均光之應用成型,可以大幅減少光損失、增加應用領域效能。 The present invention provides an ultra-thin line light source module comprising a seat plate, a light emitting diode chip, and an encapsulant material, the base plate including an extremely thin and flexible base layer, an insulating oxide formed by a conductive material constituting a base layer And a conductive line provided on the insulating layer, the LED chip being electrically connected with the conductive line to be installed on the seat board, the encapsulating glue material coating the conductive line and the light-emitting diode upwardly from the seat plate , The LED chip is arranged on the base plate directly, not only can the heat generated by the light emission be guided away, the LED chip is stably operated, and the whole volume can be greatly reduced, and then the encapsulated plastic material The three-dimensional shape with the follow-up light guide and the application of light are shaped, can significantly reduce the loss of light, increasing application performance.
