技術說明

一種核酸萃取裝置，適於萃取一檢體中的核酸。核酸萃取裝置包括至少一主體、至少一驅動元件及一磁性元件。主體具有一容納槽、一注入口及一出口，其中容納槽連通注入口及出口且適於容納多個核酸載體及檢體，檢體中的核酸適於結合於這些核酸載體。驅動元件連接於注入口且適於驅動一流體透過注入口往容納槽內的這些核酸載體流動。磁性元件配置於主體外，其中磁性元件適於相對於主體移動，以藉由磁性元件與這些核酸載體之間的一磁吸力帶動這些核酸載體透過出口移離容納槽。 A nucleic acid extracting device adapted to extract the nucleic acid in a specimen is provided. The nucleic acid extracting device includes at least one main body, at least one driving component and a magnetic component. The main body has a containing trough, an inlet and an outlet, wherein the containing trough is connected to the inlet and the outlet and adapted to contain a plurality of nucleic acid carriers and the specimen, and the nucleic acid in the specimen is adapted to be bonded with the nucleic acid carriers. The driving component is connected to the inlet and adapted to drive a fluid to flow toward the nucleic acid carriers in the containing trough through the inlet. The magnetic component is disposed outside the main body, wherein the magnetic component is adapted to move relatively to the main body, such that the nucleic acid carriers are driven to move out of the containing trough through the outlet by a magnetic attraction force between the magnetic component and the nucleic acid carriers.
