技術說明

高齡者可能有危害到自己的行為產生，例如跌倒的意外、壓瘡以及自我傷害情況皆須警示照護者注意。本研究之目的是應用影像分析技術辨識失能老人之臥床行為，並於危險發生時提出警示通知照護者。系統分為主要姿態分類模組、3D姿位細部分析模組、警示模組等。首先運用影像處理技術進行對臥床失能老人的照護影像進行分析，由具有背景及雜物的影像中萃取高齡者的人體型態資訊，接著求得影像的水平與垂直投影量，由姿態與投影量統計圖萃取之統計參數的相關性，經由區別分析進行第一次的臥姿分類。根據初步分類的臥姿資訊，由3D姿位資料庫中取出可能的相關姿態資訊進行比對，進行照護者影像臥姿姿態的姿位細部分析，採用影像與空間座標轉換，繪出三維空間臥姿型態，此流程可以辨別失能老人之臥床行為包括臥床姿勢、臥床動作等，紀錄失能老人臥床姿態，作為照護者的參考資訊。最終根據主要姿態分類模組與3D姿位細部分析模組所得到之資訊來判斷是否需要通知照護者進行處理，以達到離床警戒與預防壓瘡的效果，照護人員可依照是否為好發的危險族群自行設定防範等級，在失能老人即將發生危險前以無線模組送出警報。此系統亦可得知照護者有無定時給予失能老人所需之服務如翻身，提升照護者的照護品質。 Image analysis techniques were implemented to recognize the body postures and provide the relative information to the care giver for danger prevention including fall accidents, leave bed alone, and self-harm occur. There were three major system’s modules, including major lying pose classification, 3D posture analysis, and danger warning. The images of elderly bed-ridden postures were continuously captured from two cameras in different view angles. The horizontal and vertical projection histograms of the two images were then calculated. The discrimination analysis was implemented to classify the major lying poss. Then, geometric coordinates transformation was implemented using the 3D human skeleton model to evaluate the mapped 2D positions of the key-points of body. The relations between silhouette of images and mapped key-points were evaluated to estimate the most possible posture. While the unusual behaviour occurs, the dangerous warning module will notify the caregiver.
