技術說明

一種壓濾機濾板的製作方法包含對至少一濾網進行前處理，將一填充物填充於該濾網之複數個濾孔中並固化填充於該些濾孔中的該填充物；形成一濾板本體，該濾板本體具有至少一過濾面，該濾網於該濾板本體形成時與該濾板本體結合為一體，且該濾網覆蓋該過濾面；移除填充於該些濾孔中的該填充物。其中該濾網與該濾板本體結合為一體可增加該濾網及該濾板本體之間的結合強度，以使該濾網的損壞減至最小且使濾板不需另外配置濾布；此外，若施加電場至該濾網，則可大幅提升污泥之脫水率，以減少濾後之濾餅的後續處理成本。 A manufacturing method for filter plate of a filter press includes pretreatment of at least a filter net and solidification the filling disposed in the holes of the filter net, formation of a filter plate, and post-treatment of the filter plate. Put filling into the holes of filter net, then followed by the solidification of the concerned filling during the pretreatment stage. Combine the said filter net with filter plate and cover the filter net onto the drainage surface of the filter plate during its formation stage. Remove the filling from the holes of filter net during the post-treatment stage of the filter plate. Combination of the filter net with the body of filter plate during its formation stage would enhance their adhesion strength. As a result, it would minimize the damage of filter net and exempt the filter plate from filter cloth.
