具有故障指示器之配電網路的故障定位方法

配電網路是電力公司將電力傳輸至數個用戶端的主要傳輸媒介。為了維持電力傳輸的穩定度,電力公司通常係於該配電網路中設置數個故障指示器,並藉由該數個故障指示器監測該配電網路的輸電狀態與故障電流的產生位置,以使該電力公司能即時掌握該配電網路的運作情形,並對該配電網路的故障點進行定位。本發明提出一種具有故障指示器之配電網路的故障定位方法,係由一處理器執行以下步驟:一資料讀取步驟,係讀取一資料庫中所儲存之一電網資料;一電網矩陣建立步驟,根據電網資料建立一電網矩陣;一故障電流向量建立步驟,係建立一故障電流向量;及一故障點定位步驟,係將該故障電流向量與該電網矩陣進行一反向替代運算,以求得一檢測區段向量,並進行故障點的定位。藉由上述方法,可提升該配電網路之故障點的定位速度。 Customer failure statistics revealed that over 80% of the customer service interruptions are occurred in distribution systems due to radial feeder topology and higher failure rates in feeder equipments and line sections. Distribution Automation (DA) has been therefore applied to distribution systems to achieve significant and immediate improvement in reliability and service to the electricity customers. IEEE defines DA as a system for the power companies to implement real-time monitoring, coordination and operation of remote equipments. Fault indicating devices such as Fault Indicators (FIs) have been widely used in distribution systems to improve reliability and reduce outage duration. Recently, FIs with communication interfaces are integrated into Distribution Automation (DA) to further reduce fault-finding time by reporting FIs’ statuses back to control center.
