本發明關於低同調干涉儀掃描術成像系統的成像模組,該成像系統包含一偵測端與一非掃頻式寬頻光源,該成像模組位於該偵測端包含一個一維陣列感光元件、一影像擷取單元、一信號控制單元。另外方面,該影像擷取單元連接於該一維陣列感光元件與該信號控制單元,並發出一同步訊號。接續地,該信號控制單元接收該同步訊號並產生一同步該同訊號之二維影像擷取控制訊號,該二維影像擷取控制訊號再輸入至該影像擷取單元。 The present invention relates to an imaging module of a low coherence interferometer (LCI) imaging system. The imaging system includes a detection arm and a non-swept broadband light source. The imaging module at the detection arm includes an one-dimensional image sensor, an image acquisition unit and a signal control unit. In addition, the image acquisition unit sending out a synchronization signal is connected to the one-dimensional image sensor. Successively, the signal control unit receives the synchronization signal and generates a two-dimensional image acquisition control signal that synchronizes the synchronization signal, and the two-dimensional image acquisition control signal is sent back to the image acquisition unit.
