技術說明

本發明提出一種駐極體揚聲裝置，包括振膜、第一開孔電極及第一間隔材。振膜具有駐極體層及電極層。第一開孔電極疊置於鄰近振膜之駐極體層的一側，第一開孔電極具有多個開孔。第一間隔材疊置於振膜及第一開孔電極之間，第一間隔材包括第一分布區域及第二分布區域。第一分布區域具有多個貫穿第一間隔材的第一開口，第一開口在振膜與第一開孔電極間具有第一開口體積。第二分布區域具有貫穿第一間隔材的第二開口，第二開口在振膜與第一開孔電極間具有一第二開口體積。第一開口體積與第二開口體積有10%以上之差異。 The flat loudspeaker including a vibrating membrane, a first porous electrode and a first spacer is provided. The vibrating membrane has an electret layer and an electrode layer. The first porous electrode is stacked on a side near the electret layer of the vibrating membrane, and the first porous electrode has a plurality of holes. The first distribution area has a plurality of the first openings through the first spacer, and the each first opening has a first opening volume between the vibrating membrane and the first porous electrode. The second distribution area has a plurality of the second openings through the first spacer, and the each second opening has a second opening volume between the vibrating membrane and the first porous electrode. The difference between the first opening volume and the second opening volume is bigger than 10%.
