技術說明

本發明係關於一種可撓式面板之阻水氧層結構，其係以二～三個堆疊層以阻擋水氣和氧氣對面板發光層結構的傷害，而此些堆疊層之本體係以介電材料以及防水材料作組合，並利用兩者接合介面的非平面特徵而降低可撓式面板經施力撓曲而導致阻水氧層破裂的可能性，或進一步利用多重非平面之間的錯合性而延緩水氣或氧氣進入時間，使可撓式面板的使用壽命能被有效地延長。其中，金屬材料除了具有優異的阻水、氧的特性外，基本上沒有破裂的問題，但其表面需覆蓋一絕緣層以避免短路。雖然金屬相較於玻璃有較大的彈性，但仍不適合作動態撓曲或捲曲之應用，仍會一定程度地限制了可撓式面板的開發潛力。 The barrier layer material is brittle materials, that is easy to crack and the water into the panel cause it damage. In order to improve the durability and life of the panel, so the barrier structural and produce process are defined. In the simultaneous SiOx deposition and the fabrication for plurality of bumps, and deposited 2~3 SiOx layer and bumps are arranged in a staggered manner. When the barrier layer fractures the bumps can effectively block water into the panel. This method can also be used for other types of barrier layer structure, such as a wavy-type structure.
