微弧處理金屬工件的染色方法

微弧處理後的金屬表面無法經由浸泡染料的方式進行著色,主要是因為微弧氧化層表面缺乏傳統陽極處理金屬表面利於染料附著的特徵結構,以及有效吸附染料的方法。本發明旨在發展一種簡單且低成本可於微弧氧化層直接進行染色的後處理方法,方法中係將微弧處理後之工件置於染色前處理液中,並通以一逆向電能,此時工件在逆向電能與離子溶液的驅使下,可使微弧氧化層表層活化,並形成大量的電荷通道,此時再將工件浸泡於染料中通以一正向電能,所輸入正電荷經由電荷通道移動至微弧氧化層表層,吸附具陰電性的染料至微弧氧化層表層上,與活化後的微弧氧化層做結合,達到著色的效果。 It has been known that MAO (Micro-arc oxidized ) metals can not be colored through the use of typical dyeing processes that are viable for conventional anodized metals. This is due to lacking of attachable sites over MAO layer surface. This invention aims to develop a simple and low cost post dyeing process for MAO layer. The dyeing process involves two steps, where the MAO work piece was cathodically treated in suitable electrolyte bath as the first step, followed by anodically charging the work piece in dyeing solution as the second step. During the first step, the surface of MAO layer is activated to form a large of amount of dischargable channel allowing the absorption of the dyestuff at the second stage, thus achieving colored MAO metals.
