The use or combination of Chinese medicine has always been able to create higher edible value and benefits for food, because the health benefits of Chinese medicine itself and the rich minerals or trace elements dictate that Flammulina velutipes is the largest edible mushroom in Taiwan. That is, it is rich in essential amino acids, immunomodulatory proteins and minerals. Creative features: 1. Use Chinese herbal medicine as an alternative material for mushroom cultivation media to reduce the demand for sawdust and be green and environmentally friendly. 2. The ingredient formula of this case has been proved by experiments to improve the unit output and quality of Flammulina velutipes. 3.
