微型儲藥槽血管支架

一種微形儲藥槽血管支架,其具有二開放端及管體。管體具有一長軸,並包括複數個環,環由複數個波浪結構所組成。各波浪結構包括支撐臂及第一波峰部。支撐臂具有第一端部、與第一端部相對的第二端部及一中間段。中間段位於第一端部與第二端部之間。第一波峰部連接於支撐臂的第一端部。支撐臂表面形成具有開口的結構,分別使第一端部表面形成第一開口區域,中間段表面形成第二開口區域,第二端部表面形成第三開口區域。第二開口區域對中間段表面所佔的面積比大於第一開口區域對第一端部表面所佔面積比,也大於第三開口區域對第二端部表面所佔面積比。藉由前述結構,可將應力分散於支撐臂,而延長血管支架的壽命。 An drug eluting depot stent is provided. The stent has two open ends and a tubular wall connecting extending therebetween. The tubular wall includes a series of rings composed of undulating structures. Each of the undulating structure has a bar arm and a first crown portion connected thereto. The bar arm has a first end portion, a second end portion and a central portion defined therebetween. The bar arm has a surface defining an opening structure to make the first end portion, the central portion, and the second end portion respectively have an opening area. The ratio of the opening area to a surface area of the central portion is larger than that of the other end portions. By the aforementioned structure, the stress accumulated in the first crown portion may be dispersed into the bar arm, and thus prolonging the fatigue life of the stent.
