技術說明

本發明提供一種雷射光學反射影樣的缺陷補償法，包含：擷取一雷射光學反射影像，其中雷射光學反射影像呈現一非真圓圖像，且非真圓圖像為一虛擬真圓圖像之一部分。對雷射光學反射影像進行二值化。選取非真圓圖像之一半圓部分。進行第一次影像分割及第二次影像分割。分別以第一次影像分割及第二次影像分割後之影像依序取得虛擬真圓圖像之圓心之y座標、x座標及半徑長度。以x座標，y座標及虛擬真圓圖像之半徑長度架構出一完整真圓圖像。以完整真圓圖像對雷射光學反射影像呈現之非真圓圖像進行補償使雷射光學反射影像還原為一真圓圖像。 An image compensation method for laser reflective patterns with defects is provided. The image compensation method includes: a laser reflective pattern is captures, wherein the laser reflective pattern is a non-proper circle and is a portion of a virtual proper circle; binarizing the laser reflective pattern; a half-circle portion of the non-proper circle is selected; a first image splitting and a second image splitting are performed to the half-circle portion in sequence in order to obtain a y coordinate and a x coordinate of the center of the virtual proper circle, and a radius of the virtual proper circle; a complete proper circle is constructed in accordance with the x coordinate, y coordinate and the radius of the virtual proper circle. The laser reflective pattern with defect can be compensated by the complete proper circle so that a proper circle of the laser reflective pattern is obtained.
