技術說明

一種檢測潤滑油的金屬顆粒濃度及黏度之整合裝置，係包含：一樣品輸送單元、一磁力感測單元及一黏度量測單元，其中該樣品輸送單元經由一管路與該黏度量測單元相連接，以輸送一樣品油進入該黏度量測單元，且該管路外周面設有一側孔，該磁力感測單元之一磁鐵的其中一個磁極設有一凸磁部，該凸磁部係結合於該側孔。該樣品輸送單元係用以將一樣品油送至該黏度量測單元，進行黏度量測，且在輸送的過程中亦同時測量該樣品油內之金屬顆粒濃度，而具有同時檢測油品劣化程度及黏度之功效。 An integrated device to detect the metal particle concentration and the viscosity of the lubricating oils is designed and manufactured. It consists of : a transport unit of sample oil, a magnetic sensor unit, and a viscosity measurement unit. The transport unit is connected with the viscosity measurement unit through an oil pipe, which transports sample oil to the magnetic sensor unit, and has a side hole to connect with protruding part of a magnet in the magnetic sensor unit. The transport unit is used to transport the sample oil to the viscosity measurement unit to conduct the viscosity measurement, and also to measure the metal particle concentration within the sample oil during the transport process. This device has an efficacy to detect simultaneously the deterioration level of the oil and its viscosity.
