技術說明

本發明係提供一種以溶凝膠技術製備錫酸鎂尖晶石螢光薄膜，特別是於基板上經旋轉塗佈製備透明膠體薄膜，經熱退火可製備奈米晶型錫酸鎂尖晶石薄膜；該之螢光薄膜具有單一主體材料發光及短餘暉特性，可藉由調整活化劑子濃度、渡層數目、及改變熱處理條件，控制放射效率、衰減時間與色標。本發明之螢光薄膜可直接塗佈在基板上，具有量產及大面積化之潛力，且設備較簡單，操作容易，可大幅降低製造成本，對於改善發光效率之可靠度與穩定性及節省能源具有顯著功效。 This invention provides a sol–gel technology for the production of magnesium stannate spinel phosphor thin films. Especially the transparent xerogel films are prepared by spin-coating on substrates, and nanocrystalline phosphor films are produced by thermal annealing. The phosphor films have high efficient emission intensity and short afterglow which can be controlled by adjusting the concentration of the activator, number of layers, and heat-treatment conditions. The technology has the potential of mass production and large area. The invention is simple and easy to operate, which can greatly reduce the manufacturing cost, and has significant effects on improving the reliability and stability of luminous efficiency and saving energy.
