技術說明

本「無資料輔助時間同步技術」（non-data-aided timing synchronization technique）乃為估測合作式多輸入多輸出正交分頻多工（Cooperative MIMO OFDM）系統架構下所衍生的多個相異時間偏移量而設計。不同於現今常見的資料輔助方式（利用置於傳送封包起始位置之已知訓練序列以進行同步），本技術可利用數個隨機正交分頻多工訊號持續地進行同步。本技術因無需資料輔助並具有低複雜度之特性，頗適合用於下世代無線/行動通訊系統，尤其是合作式通訊系統。 The developed non-data-aided timing synchronization technique is deliberately designed to cope with distinct timing offsets encountered in cooperative MIMO OFDM systems. Different from existing data-aided approaches that have a single chance to perform synchronization using the preamble at the beginning of each packet, the proposed non-data-aided approach can continuously perform synchronization using an arbitrary number of random OFDM data symbols. The non-data-aided and low-complexity features make the proposed technique very suitable for next-generation wireless/mobile communication systems, especially for cooperative communication systems.
