液壓煞車裝置及其控制方法

本技術目標在於更改有別於以往傳統煞車使用橡皮摩擦停止,以馬達、幫浦、感測器、油管、控制電路以及電液比例先導溢流閥為構造,訊號經由控制晶片脈衝寬度調變(PWM)所輸出的訊號給電液比例先導溢流閥,會造成油管內油壓是使其壓力增加,故能使達到煞車功能能夠達到煞車功能使運轉中之停止時無摩擦、無損耗、不產生高熱,故無高熱所產生之不良影響及不需經常保養,本技術方法利用脈衝寬度調變(PWM)控制方法,使液壓煞車判斷管璧壓力是否構成緩煞條件與急煞條件,而使比例閥進行煞車功能。 The technical objective is different from the past to change the traditional use of rubber friction brake to stop, to motors, pumps, sensors, tubing, and electro-hydraulic proportional control circuit pilot relief valve is constructed, the control signal through the chip pulse width modulation (PWM) output signal to the electro-hydraulic proportional pilot relief valve, hydraulic tubing will cause the pressure is to increase, it can reach the brake function to achieve the braking function stops the operation of no friction, no wear and tear, does not produce high fever, so no adverse effects arising from high fever and no regular maintenance, the technical approach using pulse width modulation (PWM) control method, so that the hydraulic braking pressure to determine whether it constitutes a buffer tube bi evil conditions and agitated condition, leaving the ratio brake valve function.
