水耕栽培作物的重量量測裝置及其量測方法

本項發明主要是開發一個可以有效率且無害的量測水耕栽培作物重量的裝置。本裝置在機構上分成三個部分-支撐框架、作物生長基座和荷重元。由支撐框架乘載的作物生長基座有一對上、下專門讓作物生長出來的開口,且利用固定在支撐框架上的荷重元可以立即地量測整個作物的重量。量測過程的方法為:首先,使用者將水耕栽培作物種植在作物生長基座上,該生長基座由支撐框架所乘載,並經由固定在支撐框架上的荷重元量測作物的重量。這個方法不但能精準且快速的量測作物重量,更能避免傳統量測手法中將作物抬離生長基座因而傷害作物的缺點。 The main purpose of the present disclosure is to provide a measuring instrument to measure the hydroponic plant’s weight without harming it. The instrument mechanically consists of three parts – a support frame, a plant holder and a load cell. The plant holder, supported by the support frame, contains a pair of upper and lower openings toward which the plants can grow. The load cell fixed on the support frame can measure the plant’s weight instantaneously. The methods of the measuring process are – Firstly, the user plants a hydroponic plant in the plant holder supported by the support frame. Then the system will measure the plant’s total weight automatically via a load cell mounted on the support frame. It not only has accurate and fast measuring performance but also avoid the drawback, damaging the plant, from traditional weight measuring approach, which requires workers to take the plants away from the holders.
