技術說明

一種高增壓比電路，包含一第一電荷幫浦、一第二電荷幫浦、一傳導電感、一升壓電路及一輸出電路：第一電荷幫浦具有一第一開關元件、一第二開關元件及一第一升壓電容；第二電荷幫浦具有一第三開關元件及一第二升壓電容；傳導電感連接第一升壓電容及第二升壓電容；升壓電路具有一第四開關元件、一第五開關元件及一第三升壓電容；傳導電感連接第一升壓電容及第二升壓電容；輸出電路耦接第三升壓電容；高增壓比電路藉由該等開關元件接受波寬調整控制訊號驅動而呈導通或不導通並配合該等升壓電容使輸入電壓升壓後由輸出電路輸出。 A voltage-boosting converter with hybrid energy pumping is presented. The voltage conversion ratio is higher than the traditional boost converter or some existing voltage-boosting converters. Furthermore, there is no isolated gate driver is needed instead of one half-bridge gate driver and one low-side gate driver, and the voltage stress on the low-side switch to magnetize the inductor and the voltage stress on the output diode can be reduced as compared to the traditional boost converter.
