技術說明

一種非揮發性類比記憶體，具有一浮動閘極端，包括第一電流源、第二電流源以及電流調整器。其中，第一電流源用以產生第一電流，第二電流源用以產生第二電流。電流調整器依據參考電流以及第一電流，來導通或切斷第二電流的電流通路。並且，當第二電流的電流通路被導通時，第一電流依據第二電流調整，並使第一電流等於參考電流。 此外，本發明還提供一種非揮發性的類比記憶體，同樣具有浮動閘極端，包括電容、第一電流源、第二電流源以及電流調整器。上述的電容的一端耦接至浮動閘極端，而其另一端產生輸出電壓。第一電流源用以產生第一電流，第二電流源則是用以產生一第二電流。另外，電流調整器接收輸出電壓以及一個參考電壓，並依據輸出電壓以及參考電壓加以調整第一電流及第二電流。並進而對電容充電或放電，使輸出電壓等於參考電壓。 A nonvolatile analog memory having a floating gate point is disclosed. The analog memory comprises a first current source, a second current source and a current adjuster. The first current source generates a first current, and the second current source generates a second current. The current adjuster turns on or turns off current path of the second current according to a reference current and the first current. Furthermore, while current path of the second current be turned on, the first current be adjusted to equal to the reference current.
