技術說明

本發明為智慧型監控系統，其應用於物件偵測與追蹤的技術。而要能夠有良好的監測結果，必須能夠快速建立一個背景資料以供監控。因此在本創作中提出了一個智慧型監控系統，其能夠在一個複雜的影像情況下，快速且正確的建立起可靠的背景資料，並且能夠針對動態背景及暫時停留的靜態物件的問題，依據使用者的使用需求，彈性的增加或刪減背景模組中監控的物件，以符合真實的背景資訊，並對整個背景資料中，依據使用者對物件的特徵進行追蹤，並且將追蹤到的物件做後續處理，如放大、辨認擷取、行為偵察等，就可以得知一動態、靜態物件是否有需要注意的情形，並進一步發出警訊，通知相關人員處理。 Image intelligent surveillance system is a very popular and useful research subject. In the majority of related embedded system work usually focus on moving objects segmentation based on static background since the memory and computing power is strongly limited in the embedded system board. No matter indoor or outdoor, the background should be changed in the true scenario, for example, illumination change, variational shadow, waving tree, undulate water and flutter of flag…etc.
