反應器及其溫度的控制方法

本發明是有關於一種反應器及其溫度的控制方法,且特別是有關於一種適用於放熱反應的反應器及其溫度的控制方法。一種反應器,適用於放熱反應,且包括下列構件。反應流道具有入口與出口,反應流道自入口至出口依序包括前段反應區、多個中段反應區與後段反應區。前段觸擔體與前段觸媒位於前段反應區中,中段觸媒擔體與中段觸媒分別位於多個中段反應區中,且後段觸媒擔體與後段觸媒位於後段反應區中。前段觸媒含量濃度小於後段觸媒含量濃度,且中段觸媒含量濃度是藉由對反應參數進行電腦模擬而決定。反應參數包括反應流道的尺寸及幾何形狀。 A reactor is suitable for an exothermic reaction, and includes elements described below. The reaction channel has an inlet and an outlet, and has a front-end reaction zone, middle-end reaction zones, and a back-end reaction zone from the inlet to the outlet. The front-end catalyst support and the front-end catalyst are located in the front-end reaction zone, the middle-end catalyst support and the middle-end catalyst are respectively located in the middle-end reaction zones, and the back-end catalyst support and the back-end catalyst are located in the back-end reaction zone. Concentration of front-end catalyst is smaller than concentration of back-end catalyst, and concentration of middle-end catalyst is determined by computer simulation based on reaction parameters including geometric shape and size of the reactor channel.
