技術說明

各式水體中，經常同時（或部分）發生菌落數過多、磷酸根污染、以及色度過高，造成水質不佳的部分，本技術藉由製備製作聚苯胺/氧化鋯複合材料，並單獨以粉體，或者塗佈於多孔性介質材料上，並加以廣泛應用於各式水體之中，尤其是養殖產業或家用水族寵物水質或廢水處理。此方法包含一複合材料合成步驟，一塗佈步驟及一抗菌/除磷/除色程序。藉由此複合材料之應用，可同時降低水體中磷酸根含量、降低色度，並產生抑菌效果解決菌落數過多之問題，因此可以快速淨化與穩定水體水質。 A polymer / ceramic composite can be applied on the antibacteria, phosphate and chromaticity removal simultaneously for various kinds of water treatment. Polyaniline polymer or zirconia powder or composite can be used as powder or be coated on a porous substrate. This can be widely used in all kinds of water bodies, especially for the aquaculture industry or aquarium water or wastewater treatment. This method includes a composite synthesis process, a coating process and an antibacterial / phosphorus removal / chromaticity removal. The application of this composite can reduce the phosphate concentraion, reduce chromaticity, and inhibit the bacterial growth simultaneously to approach the stable water quality as soon as possible.
