鋰離子電池及其製造方法LITHIUM-ION BATTERY AND METHOD FOR FABRICATING THE SAME

市面上鋰離子電池的操作電壓一般來說皆大約為4.2V,當電池操作電壓大於4.2伏特時即會造成鋰電池內部之電解質分解生成氧氣與氫氣,造成電池膨脹與性能衰退,並使其使用危險性上升。本技術之創新點為在鋰電池電解質中添加磺酸基(sulfonyl)相關結構之分子作為添加劑,使鋰電池之操作電壓可在大於4.2伏特的範圍進行充放電,實驗結果顯示利用磺酸基(sulfonyl)相關結構之分子作為添加劑可以有效提升鋰電池電容量5~10%。有效提升電池性能,使鋰電池具有更高能之充放電壓,增加研究用應範圍。 Generally speaking the operation voltage of the lithium ion battery is all probably 4.2V on the market, will cause the electrolyte within lithium battery to decompose and produce the oxygen and hydrogen when it is greater than 4.2 volts that the battery operates the voltage, cause the battery to swell and decline with performance, and make it use danger to rise. The innovation of this technology is clicked in order to add the sulfonic acid base (sulfonyl) in lithium battery electrolyte The molecule of the relevant structure makes the operation voltage of lithium battery charge and discharge in greater than 4.2 volts of ranges as additive, the experimental result reveals that utilizes the sulfonic acid base (sulfonyl) The molecule of the relevant structure can improve lithium battery capacitance 5~10% effectively as additive.
