技術說明

一種壓控震盪器，包含一輸出震盪電源端、一第一輸出端、一第二輸出端、二第一電感、二可變電容、一第一電晶體、一第二電晶體、二第二電感，及一反向可調源極退化模組。藉由設置該反向可調源極退化模組，可降低該第一電晶體、該第二電晶體之等效並聯電容，能大幅增加操作頻率及調頻範圍，而藉由於該第一電晶體、該第二電晶體的閘極設置該第二電感，可使電路容易起振、降低對該第一電晶體、該第二電晶體的電晶體轉導需求，進而減少功率消耗。 One kind of voltage-controlled oscillator comprising an oscillation output power supply terminal, a first output, a second output terminal, a first two inductors, two variable capacitor, a first transistor, a second transistor, two second inductor, and a reverse module adjustable source degeneration. By setting this variable source degeneration reverse module can be reduced to the first transistor, the equivalent parallel capacitance of the second transistor, the substantial increase in operating frequency and tuning range, and be in the first transistor the gate electrode of the second transistor is set to the second inductor, allows easy start-up circuit, reducing the first transistor, the second transistor transistor transduction demand, thereby reducing power consumption.
