一種四相位及擴散閥調控之塑膠蠕動式微型幫浦,特指一種具有三個以漸擴外形孔口之擴散閥 連通之圓型流室構造之透明壓克力材質微型幫浦,藉由電壓與相位控制之方式驅動PZT (鋯鈦 酸鉛;Lead Zirconate Titanate之簡稱),以PZT為致動元件來帶動致動薄膜對流室產生推擠 作用而傳送液體。該致動薄膜為具高楊氏係數的玻璃,藉以提高傳輸效能、可控制流量及便於 觀察流動現象等特性者。 This researched on different designs such as different actuating phases: 3, 4 and 6 phases; with and without diffuser valve; square and circular actuators (the experiment results were verified by Ansys simulation) to define the optimum design for plastic peristaltic micropumps. From the results, the design of pump with square actuator and without diffuser valve performed highest flow rate but low back pressure. Both experiment and simulation showed that the design with the combination of diffuser valve and square actuator gives the best performances such as high flow rate and large back pressure. The experiment results of this design are as following: exciting voltage is 100 Vpp, maximum flow rate is 114.8 l/min at 400 Hz, and back pressure is 9.2 kPa.
