本發 明係 關 於 一 種全 疏薄 膜及 其 製 造 方 法,該全 疏薄膜 包 含 一 孔 洞 尺 寸 在 0.4-2μm 的 多 孔 性 基 材、一 表 面 層 和一 介 面層 , 該 介 面 層 是 在 該 多 孔 性 基 材 和 該 表 面 層 之 間 ,該 全 疏 薄 膜 的 結 構 包 含 一 層 狀 凹 角 型 (hierarchicalre-entrant)結構且該全 疏薄 膜的碳/矽(C/Si)組 成 比 是 40-60。其 次 , 本 發 明 亦 提 供 該全 疏薄 膜的 製 造 方 法。 The present invention discloses an omniphobic membrane. The omniphobic membrane comprises a porous substrate which has a pore size between 0.4 and 2μm, a surface layer, and an interface layer between the porous substrate and the surface layer, and the omniphobic membrane comprises a hierarchical re-entrant structure and has a carbon/silicon ratio that is between 40 and 60. The preparation of the omniphobic membrane is also provided.
