技術說明

本發明係揭露一種壓縮/解壓縮裝置及其方法。壓縮裝置至少包含一儲存模組、一分群模組、一壓縮模組以及一處理模組。分群模組係分群此資料為複數個基本資料壓縮單元，壓縮模組係依據一壓縮演算法，以壓縮這些基本壓縮資料單元，而產生複數個已壓縮資料單元，處理模組係依據對應這些基本壓縮資料單元之一樹狀結構，及這些已壓縮資料單元之長度資訊，以產生一索引表。當使用者欲讀取某一位址之解壓縮資料時，解壓縮裝置係對此位址進行一邏輯運算，並依據邏輯運算所產生之一結果，自索引表中選出一長度資訊，再依據一解壓縮演算法，以解壓縮此長度資訊所對應之已壓縮資料單元，而產生此解壓縮資料。 This patent is to reveal the compress/decompress devices and its methods. The compress device consists of at least storage module, cluster module, compress module and process module. Storage module is used to save data. Cluster module is to divide data into many basic compress units. Compress module is to utilize compress algorithm to compress these basic compress units into many compressed units. Process module is to map these basic compress units into tree structure and to produce an index table based on these compressed units' information. When user wants to retrieve data, the decompress device takes data's information as input and executes a series of logical operations. Subsequently, the decompress device uses the results to search index table to get the corresponding compressed unit and decompress it.
