交互耦合複合式之垂直記錄媒體

本發明提供一種交互耦合複合式之垂直記錄媒體,包含:一基材、一形成於該基材的定向成長輔助膜、一夾置於該定向成長輔助膜與該基材之間的軟磁底層;及一呈垂直異向性的磁記錄膜。該磁記錄膜具有一連接於該定向成長輔助膜的第一側、一相反於該第一側的第二側、一主要記錄層、複數輔助記錄層及複數交互耦合層。該主要記錄層是形成在該磁記錄膜的第一側及第二側其中一者,且該等記錄層是被該等交互耦合層所相間隔開。每一輔助記錄層與每一交互耦合層的厚度是介於0.2 nm ~ 3.0 nm之間 his invention provides an exchange coupled composite type of perpendicular magnetic recording media, which comprises a substrate, an assisting film formed on the substrate for orientation-growth, a soft magnetic underlayer sandwiched between the assisting film and the substrate, and a magnetic recording film exhibiting perpendicular anisotropy. The magnetic recording film has a first side connected to the assisting film, a second side opposite to the first side, a main recording layer, a plurality of auxiliary recording layers, and a plurality of exchange coupled layers. The main recording layer is formed in one of the first side and the second side of the magnetic recording film, and the recording layers are separated each other by the exchange coupled layers. The thickness of each auxiliary recording layers and exchange coupled layers is between 0.2 nm ~ 3.0 nm.
