紫丁香蘑生物製劑的製法及其應用

紫丁香蘑(Cliocybe nuda) ARILN1菌株之培養濾液可完全抑制白菜炭疽病(Colletorichum higginsianum)的孢子發芽,其最小抑菌濃度(MIC)為濾液稀釋2倍,並可完全抑制青椒疫病菌(Phytophthora capsici)的游走孢子發芽,其MIC分別為濾液稀釋4倍,紫丁香蘑培養濾液還可抑制水稻白葉枯病菌(Xanthomonas campestris pv. oryzae)、十字花科黑腐病菌(X. campestris pv. campestris)與茄科細菌性斑點病(X. axonopodis pv. vesicatoria)的生長,進一步,以培養濾液測試抗菌物質之耐熱性與防病功效,發現該菌產生的抗菌物質具有熱穩定性。溫室試驗,發現紫丁香蘑培養濾液,可有效抑制青椒疫病的發生。綜合本研究的成果,證明紫丁香蘑ARILN1菌株的培養濾液可以研發成為植物保護製劑。此外,紫丁香蘑培養液尚可抑制動物病原菌金黃葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus aureus)與大腸桿菌(Escherichia coli)。 Cultural filtrate of Cliocybe nuda was effective in inhibiting spore germination of Colletorichum higginsianum, and Phytopathora capsici, completely. Its minimum inhibitory concentration against both pathogens was at 2, and 4 fold dilution rates. Cultural filtrate of C. nuda was also able to inhibit the growth of plant pathogenic bacteria including Xanthomonas campestris pv. oryzae, X. campestris pv. campestris and X. axonopodis pv. vesicatoria. Antimicrobial substances from cultural filtrate of C. nuda was stable under high temperature condition. The cultural filtrate of C. nuda was formulated to effectively control Phytophthora blight of pepper and bacterial spot of pepper in the greenhouse. In addition, the cultural filtrate of C. nuda was effective in suppressing animal pathogens, Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli in vitro.
