技術說明

一種雕刻用刀具之斜角與端面尺寸檢測系統，係用以檢測雕刻用刀具的夾角、端面長度等尺寸的檢測系統，至少包括一設於雕刻用刀具下方的背光板、一設於雕刻用刀具上方的數位攝影機、一與數位攝影機連接的電腦裝置、以及一設於電腦裝置中自行開發之『雕刻用刀具之斜角與端面尺寸之線上型檢測系統』程式，藉由數位攝影機擷取雕刻用刀具的影像，經由程式比對分析以進行數位化檢測方式，以提升檢測精度及速度。 The measurement system for inspecting slope angle and flat end dimension of carvers can be applied for measurement of slope angle, flat end length and other dimensions. The basic equipments of this system are a backlight board set under the carvers, a CCD camera and a self-developed measurement program installed on the computer. The image of the carvers will be acquired with the CCD camera . Through the comparison and analysis of the gained images, the accuracy and efficiency of measurement will be enhanced .
