一種應用於製造矯正板的3D列印模擬板,包括本體和二彎折部。其中,本 體和該二彎曲部的總長度為7~17英吋,本體和該二彎曲部的寬度相等並均為 1~1.5公分,本體和二彎曲部的厚度相等並均為0.3~0.4公分。各彎曲部的弧長為 2~3公分。本創作可直接針對個別漏斗胸病患的胸腔形狀及兩側的弧度量身訂 做,毫無誤差,減少誤判風險,使醫師能夠以本創作當作模板製作出尺寸適合 個別漏斗胸病患的胸腔形狀及胸腔兩側的弧度的矯正板,矯正板的尺寸對應個 別漏斗胸病患的胸腔形狀而且與肋骨緊貼密合,無須添購一整套模擬板,可大 幅降低成本。 A 3D assisted model bar for fabrication of a nuss bar used in pectus excavatum deformity correction, includes a main body and two bent portions having a total length of 7-17 inches, a width of 1-1.5 cm and a thickness of 0.3-0.4 cm respectively. Each bent portion has a curvature length of 2-3cm. The present invention can be customized based on measuring the curvatures of two sides of the chest of an individual patient with pectus excavatum by deleting the interference of the skin thickness, thereby avoiding and reducing the correction error and assisting the surgeon to fabricate a suitable nuss bar, which can fittingly abut against the chest ribs of the individual patient with pectus excavatum.
