技術說明

本發明之產品為中藥材知母為百合科知母屬植物知母(Anemarrhena asphodeloides)的根部抽出物及其成分之混合物，對黑斑病菌及該炭疽病菌之抑菌效果優異，分別可達100%及90%之抑菌率，可用於防治十字花科蔬菜之病害，降低化學農藥之使用，提升此類蔬菜之產量與降低其生產之成本。 (1)利用保存培養於馬鈴薯培養基上的作物病原菌(Alternaria brassicicola與Sclerotinia homoeocarpa)進行抑菌篩選，可建立抑菌作用中藥的快速篩選平臺，並可為未來多種作物病原菌植物抑菌劑的開發建立穩定的篩選模式。 (2)將具有抑菌作用的中藥經甲醇萃取處理後進行作物病原菌(Alternaria brassicicola與Sclerotinia homoeocarpa)抑菌篩選後，藉由活性成分部分劃分層的技術，將活性劃分層集中，並以高效液相層析及薄層層析法建立活性劃分層之指紋圖譜與含量分析，並進行活性成分之分離與鑑定。 Use of natural plant products including the Chinese herbs and their products in an agroecosytem is now emerging as one of the prime means to protect crop produce and the environment from pesticidal pollution, which is a global problem. In this study, we used the inexpensive Chinese herb plants as Zhimu (Anemarrhena asphodeloides Bge.) and Rendongteng ( Lonicera japonica Thumb.) to suppress the phytopathogenic fungi. The results showed that both plant extracts significantly inhibit mycelial gowth and sporulation of fungal pathogensthat including Rhizoctonia solani, Sclerotium rilfsii, Colletotrichum higginsianum, and Alternaria brassicicola.
