技術說明

混凝土為世界上應用最廣的材料，混凝土經過澆注後通常得以適當的養護。傳統的混凝土養護係使用的「外加」法如滯水法或持續灑水法等。本發明係揭示一種含有矽灰的水膠複合材料。此種水膠複合材料，相較於與未添加矽灰的純水膠，有較高的抗壓強度，對於孔隙溶液有較佳的吸水能力；添加本發明之含有矽灰的水膠複合材料於水泥砂漿中，能增加抗壓強度，減少因乾縮而提昇材料的耐久性質。因此含有矽灰的水膠複合材料為一種性能優越的新型混凝土自我養護劑。此外，本發明亦揭示一種含有矽灰的水膠複合材料的製備方法。 This invention discloses a silica fume(SF)-containing hydrogel composite. Compared to the hydrogel without SF present, this SF-containing hydrogel composite has higher compressive strength and greater water absorbency in pore solutions. Compared to the hydrogel without SF present, addition of SF-containing hydrogel composite in mortars could increase the compressive strength, and reduce dry shrinkage of the materials. Therefore, SF-containing hydrogel composite is a good self-curing agent for concrete. The present invention also discloses a method of making a SF-containing hydrogel composite.
