【中文】 本發明提供一種發泡材料及其製造方法，其是由高分子材料而形成，高分子材料包括聚醯胺6以及共聚醯胺，並且高分子材料具有兩個180℃以上的熔點。構成所述共聚醯胺的結構單元包括由己內醯胺所衍生的結構單元，所述共聚醯胺的熔點為160℃至200℃。 【英文】 A foam material and a fabricating method thereof are provided. The form material is formed by a polymer material including a polyamide 6 and a copolyamide. The polymer material has two melting point above 180℃. The structural unit constituting the copolyamide includes a structural unit derived from caprolactam. The polyamide co-polymer has a melting point of 160 ℃ to 200 ℃.
