以結構顏色製備光子變色薄膜的方法與應用METHOD FOR PREPARING PHOTOCHROMIC STRUCTURAL COLORS FILMS AND ITS APPLICATIONS

現今光致變色之色彩顯示技術,是藉由光致變色高分子在一定波長和強度的光作用下,致使分子結構發生化學變化,導致對光的吸收峰產生改變,即顏色相對應之色彩隨之變化。本專利之光子變色薄膜是入射光經由奈米結構相互作用下,產生一物理光學現象,其色彩可由控制入射光的角度和奈米結構的大小予以變化。然而光子變色薄膜的色彩呈可逆性的變化,且無需任何能源裝置維持,如電力、壓力、溫度等外力影響下,即可將自身結構色彩隱藏並具一透明、高穿透度之特性。 This patent used emulsifier-free emulsion polymerization to synthesize polystyrene (PS) microspheres, and applied the self-assembly dip-drawing method to arrange polystyrene microspheres in an ordered periodic structure. A photochromic film was formed by filled PDMS (polydimethylsiloxane) around the self-assembly polystyrene microspheres. The stability of the structural color reflection was enhanced after PDMS was poured between the PS spheres, and the optical transmittance of the photochromic film approached to 95%. This photochromic film processes high optical transmittance and hidden structural color, with properties similar to the mimic transparent wings of insects. Photochromic film provides a new application potential in security design and decorative painting.
