自動反射槌裝置

人體的反射行為在臨床上為一種用於觀察患者神經系統狀態的指標,稱為深部肌腱反射(Deep Tendon Reflex, DTR)檢測。深部肌腱反射檢測是由醫師透過手持式反射槌對人體特定之幾處肌腱進行敲擊刺激,藉由對應神經產生的反射程度進行評估的一種檢測流程。然而,現今診間的深部肌腱反射測試多為依靠醫師診斷的經驗與主觀的標準進行判斷,並無一套完整的檢測程序與級數定義,且醫師在敲擊測試的過程中也無法準確的控制每次刺激的力量大小,因此判定過程中往往存在著模糊區域,容易造成診斷錯誤,使得患者錯失治療的機會或是浪費醫療資源。本發明設計了一自動反射槌裝置,其部件包含了人機控制介面、可拆卸式反射槌頭、萬向關節、垂直高度調整機構、固定支架以及滑輪。根據上述結構的整合,將能夠透過人機介面改變敲擊測試的力道、次數、頻率,且可隨意透過萬象關節與垂直高度調整機構改變施力的方向,高度與角度,並可透過更換反射槌頭以符合各種不同層面的敲擊刺激,滿足各項反射的測試。此系統的建立將能夠促進電子產業與醫療護理的結合,提升醫師診斷的準確性,使醫療檢測自動化與精緻化。The clinical examination about the reflex behavior of human body is a kind of item to observe the nervous system, which is known as the deep tendon reflex test (DTR test). The test method of DTR is according to a physician holding a reflex hammer to knock the specific tendons of human body as a stimulation to activate the corresponding nerve and evaluate the degree of the reflex. However, the identifications of the current DTR tests are mostly rely on the physician’s own diagnostic experience and subjective criteria, which lack of a complete testing program and degree definitions, moreover, every knocking force applied by physicians is difficult to precisely control as the same for each testing process, there exist a severe variations for the assessment and easily resulting a diagnostic errors, which not only leads patients miss the cure opportunity but also wastes medical resources. This invention designs an automatic reflex hammer system which containing the following components: human-machine interface system, detachable reflex hammer, universal joint knuckle, vertical adjustment architecture, fixed bracket and wheels. By integrating the foregoing components, the knocking force, times and frequency of the DTR test can be precisely controlled with the human-machine interface system, furthermore, the change of knocking direction, height and angle are able to complete by universal joint knuckle and vertical adjustment architecture, respectively, and also the reflex hammer can be replaced to meet different levels of knocking stimulation, to satisfy various reflex tests. The establishment of the automatic reflex hammer system will be able to promote the combination between electronic industries and medical fields, and improves the accuracy of diagnosis, finally, automates and refines the medical testing.
