技術說明

本發明提供一種用以治療或預防虹彩病毒感染所引起之魚類疾病的口服多價疫苗組合物，其中該口服多價疫苗組合物包含：一個以上包含虹彩病毒科巨大細胞病毒屬（megalocytivirus）及/或蛙病毒屬（ranavirus）之主要外鞘蛋白（major capsid protein，MCP）基因的表達載體或該基因編碼之主要外鞘蛋白，以及醫藥上可接受載體。 The present invention provides an orally multivalent vaccine composition for treating or preventing the fish disease infected by Iridovirus, wherein the orally multivalent vaccine composition comprising: at least one expression vector comprising the gene of major capsid protein of megalocytivirus and/or ranavirus, or the major capsid protein encoded by the gene, which embedding with multiple emulsion, and the pharmaceutically-acceptable carrier.
