技術說明

一種自適應姿態調整之間隙補償機構，其包含具有至少一固定部之基座，而固定部之周圍係設有流道區；至少一套設於固定部外緣之調整單元；至少一與固定部結合之固定單元；以及填充於流道區中之填充物。藉此，可將欲固定之工件設於調整單元之一面上，使工件與調整單元姿態達到面接觸之貼合效果，並以調整單元提供至少三個自由度調整（高度、兩軸傾斜）可自適應於間隙之幾何形狀予以補償，進而調整結合工件之姿態，待調整完畢後再注入填充物進行結構補強，最後再利用固定單元進行鎖固，如此，除可避免因鎖固造成之應力集中，亦不須針對特定間隙進行額外加工，而達到結構簡單、易於操作使用、準確調整以及結構強度較佳之功效。 The concept is to develop a dynamic shim which can compensate the gap of between two interface automatically. The component of the designed concept consist of a pair of spherical washer, spring, grove of the liquid shim, liquid shim and base plate holder. The spring can also provide 2-axis tilt and Z-directional adjustment. After the posture is well adjusted, the liquid shim will be injected to the fill the gap between the interface and all mechanical parts, then the structure can be fixed and also very strong.
