本發明係關於一種氣體感測器及其製造方法，更明確地說，本發明係關於一種具三維光子晶體結構的氣體感測器及其製造方法。本發明係關於一種氣體感測器，其包含一感測組件、一光產生組件及一光源檢測組件。該感測組件含有一具三維光子晶體結構的氣致色變材料及一催化劑。該光產生組件係照射一入射光至該感測組件，使該感測組件形成一反射光。該光源檢測組件係檢測分析該感測組件形成的反射光。另一方面，本發明更提供此氣體感測器的製造方法。 The present invention pertains a gas sensor, and the gas sensor includes a sensing unit, a light generating unit and a light detecting unit. The sensing unit comprises a gasochromic material having a three-dimensional photonic crystal structure, and a catalyst. The light generating unit is adapted to emit an incident light to the sensing unit such that a reflective light is formed by the sensing unit. The light detecting unit is adapted to analyze the reflective light formed by the sensing unit. In another aspect, the present invention further provides a method for manufacturing the gas sensor.
