技術說明

本發明係有關於一種對亞胺進行鏡像選擇性加成之方法，本方法可合成出高產率且高光學純度之胺化合物。本發明之主要目的係在提供一種對亞胺(imines)進行鏡像選擇性加成(enantioselective addition)之方法，俾能合成出具有高純度光學活性之胺類分子產物。 為達成上述目的，本發明提供一些新穎掌性催化劑以促進有機鋅對亞胺(imines)進行鏡像選擇性加成(enantioselective addition)之方法，本方法僅需要10mol%催化劑以及3當量有機鋅試劑即可獲得高產率及鏡像選擇性，較本研究組已核定專利之方法效率高。 The object of the present invention is to provide a more efficient method of enantioselective addition to imines to synthesize chiral amino products in high optical purity. To achieve the object, the present invention provides new chiral ligands and surveyed new method by using less amount of chiral catalyst and organozinc reagent for the enantioselective addition to imines to give the corresponding amino compound in high yield and enantioselectivity.
