分離玻璃拋光廢棄物中氧化鈰拋光粉的方法

利用氧化鈰拋光粉進行面板玻璃、光學鏡片等玻璃的拋光研磨後,會產生含有氧化鈰拋光粉與玻璃碎屑粉的玻璃拋光廢棄物。本方法可從玻璃拋光廢棄物中直接分離回收氧化鈰拋光粉。將玻璃拋光廢棄物進行過篩及洗淨等前處理後,於水中分散,添加適當及適量之表面活性劑、做為副油相的低極性有機溶劑、以及做為主油相的非極性有機溶劑,可使氧化鈰拋光粉移至油相中,而玻璃粉則停留於水相中,而達成分離回收氧化鈰拋光粉的效果,並可減少表面活性劑之使用量。 Cerium oxide (CeO2) abrasive is often used to perform the precision polishing in the manufacturing process of panel glass and optical glass. After polishing, a glass polishing waste containing CeO2 abrasive and glass powder is generated. This method can separate CeO2 abrasive from the glass polishing waste directly. By dispersing the glass polishing waste in water after pretreatment including sieving and washing, followed by adding a surfactant collector, a polar organic solvent as the sub oil phase, and a nonpolar organic solvent as the main oil phase, CeO2 abrasive moves to the oil phase whereas glass powder stays in the water phase, and thus the separation of CeO2 abrasive can be achieved. In addition, the dosage of surfactant collector can also be reduced.
