技術說明

一種自養殖型柔軟指形軟珊瑚分離天然物dihydrosinularin方法包含步驟如下：利用乙醇自柔軟指形軟珊瑚進行萃取，以提取一萃取液；利用二氯甲烷/水將該萃取液進行分配，以取得一二氯甲烷層及一水層；將該二氯甲烷層以管柱層析法進行初步分離，並利用一第一沖提溶液進行沖提，以取得數個劃分層提取液；將適當選擇該劃分層提取液之一指定分層進行分離，並利用一第二沖提溶液進行沖提，以取得dihydrosinularin。該天然物dihydrosinularin用於治療神經退化性疾病。本發明較佳實施例之該柔軟指形軟珊瑚選自柔軟指形軟珊瑚碎片。 A dihydrosinularin isolating method from cultured Sinularia flexibilis includes the steps of: utilizing ethanol (alcohol) to extract an extracted solution from Sinularia flexibilis;utilizing methylene chloride/water to partition a methylene chloride layer and a water layer;separating the methylene chloride layer by column chromatography, and gradient eluting the methylene chloride layer by a first elution buffer so as to obtain a number of fraction layers；separating a designated layer of the fraction layers, and eluting the designated layer by a second elution buffer so as to obtain the dihydrosinularin compound. The dihydrosinularin compound is for use in treatment of Neurodegenerative diseases.
