技術說明

一種工件殘留應力的消除方法，主要是製備一可改變振動頻率的一振動器、一振動感測元件及與該感測元件連接的一示 波裝置。該振動器是與一工件連結，可在振動過程中，將振波傳遞至該工件，使該工件產生共振。 該感測元件是 與該工件連結，可量測振波的振幅與頻率，並顯示在該示波裝置上。使用時，只須調整該振動器的振動頻率，及由該示 波裝置觀測並調整頻率，直到該工件的高頻振動波產生最大的振幅，就可以在該工件發生最大振幅的高頻振動時有效地 消除大部分的殘留應力。 A method of the residual stress relief is included a vibrator with various frequencies and a vibratory sensor with a wave indicator. The vibrator is connected with the workpiece and makes it resonant vibration. The sensor also connects to the workpicec and indicates the frequency and amplitude of the vibration. During processing, the frequency of vibrator adjusted till the maximum amplitude of the higher frequency is reached. And then most of the residual stress is relieved.
