技術說明

本發明係關於一種無線監控系統之視訊品質及節能管理方法，主要是關於高壓縮效率H.264視訊透過無線網路傳輸之省電技術，以解決無線網路易受干擾造成傳輸失敗以及電量限制的問題；本發明提出視訊編碼結合發射功率及位元率的動態控制方法，以改善視訊抗錯誤能力，並有效的進行通道資源分配及減少計算量；經大量實驗證明，能有效的節省0.2%~52.7%的能量消耗，另本發明利用多重描述編碼方式，利用像素層次的錯誤隱藏技術，在R-D性能的條件下減少電池能耗達10.7%~65.2%。 In this paper, is considered a high compression efficiency of H.264 video on the wireless network of power transmission research, to resolve interference caused transmission error by wireless network, as well as electricity transmission constraints. Combination of our video encoding and transmitting power dynamic Code Rate control reduction of channel computation. By a large number of experimental results, saving 0.2% ~ 52.7 % energy consumption. And this paper use of multiple description coding method pixel-wise error concealment technology, the performance achieved to reduce battery power consumption 10.7 % ~ 65.2 % under the conditions of RD effective.
