技術說明

本計畫開發之技術提供一種過敏原檢測裝置，用以結合至一過敏原微陣列晶片，該裝置包含一微流體晶片以及一夾持元件。該過敏原微陣列晶片為市售之任一晶片，而該微流體晶片上的一反應區係設置為與該過敏原微陣列晶片上的一微陣列區密合，使得一檢體或一試劑可與該微陣列區上的一接觸。本技術亦提供一種晶片檢測平台，包含一控制系統。藉由該控制系統，本技術可自動化的執行抗體/抗原之混合/結合反應，達到快速、經濟、且準確的過敏原檢測。 Provided is an allergen detecting apparatus that combines with an allergen microarray chip, the apparatus comprises a microfluidic chip and a clamping unit. The allergen microarray chip can be any commercial chip and a reaction region of the microfluidic chip is configured to fit tightly with a microarray region of the allergen microarray chip allowing a sample or a reagent to contact with an allergen protein disposed on the microarray region. The present invention also provides a platform comprising a control system which configured to automatically perform the mixing and binding reactions of the antibody and antigen in the apparatus of the present invention to achieve a faster, more cost-effective, and accurate detection of allergen.
